About Us
Vicarde foundation is a non-profit organisation registered in Uganda under registration No.80020003929535 with the aim of transforming lives of the youths through providing vocational skills to both semi-skilled and unskilled. With a high number of unemployment in the country, Vicarde foundation aims to equip the youths with skills needed to establish their own businesses. We have established partnerships with different vocational institutions to provide the skills we can not directly provide in order to improve as many lives as possible.
We are constantly looking for partners willing to support either in providing training or financial support. If you would love to join us, please contact us.

Our team ensures high levels of competence of the youths we support by providing them with; Theory classes, Practical sessions as per the Directorate of Industrial Training syllabus, Assign different tasks to them to acquire skills and experience in fields of their interest And qualification certificates at the end of each course which enables them to work any where around the world which leads to total transformation of the the communities we reach.
